About the person behind The Project Prodigy
I’m Dan Wallace, a project manager with experience managing environmental, demolition, remediation, industrial, and construction projects. I created The Project Prodigy because much of what makes a project successful isn’t learned from a single manual or class. It comes from understanding how scope, schedule, cost, documentation, communication, and execution work together under real project conditions.
The Project Prodigy is where I share practical lessons for project engineers (jr PMs), developing project managers, and field professionals. The goal is straightforward: help people apply sound project management principles more effectively on actual projects.
